Spence on Light a $25m, Tectvs designed, affordable housing development is well and truly underway.
To show us just how far the building has progressed our client, Housing Choices South Australia Limited, has kindly shared a stunning photo taken by their amazing photographer, JKTP.
This modern 13-storey residential building, being built by Hindmarsh, has been designed to preserve the superb façade of the heritage-listed Mission Hall building at 69 Light Square. It will include 75 brand-new, accessible, one and two-bedroom apartments, right in a blossoming residential area of the Adelaide CBD.
Simply stunning!
