Well Street Apartments, Brighton, VIC
Incorporating light into expansive open-plan living and bedroom spaces, sets the design direction of this apartment building, bathing every room with a warm ambiance and sense of comfort. Well Street apartments have been designed to exude elegance and contextual relevance in an eclectic Melbourne neighbourhood.
246 Unley Apartment, Unley
A seven-storey building, this $20-million development includes six levels of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, ground-floor retail/commercial tenancies and 60-space underground carparks all within the beautiful inner-city suburb of Unley. Architecture + location, a perfect combination for successful modern living.
Guild Terraces, Bowden
The success of Bowden’s urban renewal is a reflection of its locality, architecture, and its diverse, ever-growing community. The Guild Terrace Townhouses provide two or three stories of high-quality living and overlook a beautifully landscaped reserve. Each townhouse has been designed to connect residents to the broader Bowden community and all it has to offer.
Alta Apartments, Adelaide
As the southern boundary of the original Adelaide city plan, South Terrace is a historic presence defined by its large old street trees and ensuring and exclusive views of the Southern Park Lands. Tectvs designed the six-storey Alta as an embroidered reflection of its setting on the edge of a natural landscape.
Luminaire Apartments, Bowden
Two energetic residential apartments overlook a tree-lined piazza between 5th and 6th Street at the new Bowden development. At four and five storey’s respectively, Luminaire caters to a wide range of residencies - from studio to three-bedroom - revealing themselves within the striking facade that draws on the Industrial topology of the former Clipsal factory site.
115-119 Gilbert Street, Adelaide
Tectvs worked with a local developer to re-invent the building model for old ‘walk-up flats’. Our design included well-lit rooms, intercom systems, sleek, modern kitchens, and undercover parking. While the apartments were still essentially ‘walk-ups’ they had no gimmicks. We designed a simple and affordable apartment model.
223 North Terrace, Adelaide
In the late 1960's a hotel tower with car parking was designed for 223 North Terrace; a prime location on Adelaide’s signature boulevard. A six-storey car park went ahead but the hotel was never built. Three decades later Tectvs designed an apartment development that was constructed on top of the car parking building, doubling the building's height to create a landmark residential address.
Quayview on Adelphi, Glenelg North
Perfectly positioned on Glenelg's North's is the highly regarded Adelphi Terrace. Tectvs has designed a collection of 44 apartments offering a range of 21 unique floorplans. The two and three-bedroom apartments provide an interior that will be a perfect mixture of soft timbers and warm, inviting colours.
